SISupply and installation
Take the components, or take the finished fence.
Both paths draw on the same catalogue and the same specifications. What changes is how far Palisaro's scope extends, what has to be confirmed about your site before pricing can be issued, and how long that takes. You can also mix them — the choice is made per line on the project list, not per order.
01Path A
Supply only
Coverage
Supply-only orders are quoted for delivery or pickup across Ontario. Freight is calculated per project once quantities, panel lengths and the delivery site are known.
Browse or configure
Work through the catalogue with the filters, or build a panel in the configurator. Either way you end up with specified items rather than a description, which is what makes the rest of this fast.
Needed from you · Nothing from you yet
Submit quantities and project requirements
Send the project list with counts, heights, finish and anything specific to the run. Approximate linear footage is enough at this stage — exact panel counts get worked out against corners, gate openings and grade change.
Needed from you · Linear footage, heights, finish, gate openings, delivery site
Confirm specifications
Palisaro checks that panels, posts, caps and hardware are compatible, that the quantities make sense against the run, and that anything flagged in a configuration has been resolved. Discrepancies come back as questions, not as substitutions.
Needed from you · Availability for questions
Receive project pricing
Pricing is issued against confirmed quantities, dimensions, finish and freight. It is a project price, not a published unit rate, because panel length, coating and delivery all move it.
Needed from you · Nothing
Coordinate pickup or delivery
Delivery is arranged to the site or a staging location, or the order is made available for collection. Access constraints and offloading arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.
Needed from you · Delivery window, site access, offloading arrangements
02Path B
Supply + installation
Coverage
Installation is offered on a project-by-project basis. Coverage is confirmed against the specific site address before an installation proposal is issued, so a postal code is required on any supply-and-install request.
Palisaro does not currently publish a fixed installation territory. Treat any coverage question as address-specific until the service map is finalized.
Submit project information
The system or configuration, approximate run length, gate requirements, and the project address. The address is not optional here — it is what determines whether installation can be offered at all.
Needed from you · Project address and postal code
Confirm service-area eligibility
Palisaro confirms whether the specific address falls within where installation is currently being offered. This happens before anything else, because it is the answer that determines whether the rest of the process applies.
Needed from you · Nothing
Arrange a site review where required
Most installation projects need someone to look at the site. Grade change, access, surface conditions, existing structures and property line questions are all difficult to resolve from a description.
Needed from you · Site access and a contact on site
Finalize the system and scope
System, height, finish, gate configuration, post layout and the boundary of the work. What is included and what is not — removal of existing fence, disposal, restoration, locates — gets settled here rather than assumed.
Needed from you · Decisions on system and scope
Receive an installation proposal
A proposal covering supply and installation for the confirmed scope. Site conditions that could change the work are identified in the proposal rather than discovered later.
Needed from you · Nothing
Schedule the project
Scheduling depends on component availability, locates, and site readiness. Ontario weather constrains ground work for part of the year, which affects when a project can realistically start.
Needed from you · Locates, site readiness, access confirmation
03Side by side
What actually differs between the two.

| Geography | Ontario-wide, freight calculated per project | Confirmed against the specific project address |
| What is priced | Components and freight | Components, labour, site work and freight |
| Address required | Delivery site only | Project address, before anything else |
| Locates and site prep | Your responsibility | Coordinated, with responsibilities set out in the proposal |
| Typical buyer | Contractors, installers, builders, property teams with crews | Property owners and managers, commercial and institutional sites |
Not sure which one your project needs?
Send the project details either way. The request form asks for the service you expect and adapts what it asks for after that — and if the answer turns out to be the other path, that comes back as an answer rather than a surprise on an invoice.
